However, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure a clear and fair policy for cancellations and refunds. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Individual Bookings:
Cancellation Requests: To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or via email at least 7 days before the scheduled tour start date.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 30 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before the tour start date or no-shows: No refund will be provided.
Group Bookings (10 participants or more):
Cancellation Requests: For group bookings, the lead organizer must submit the cancellation request in writing or via email at least 15 days before the scheduled tour start date.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 60 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Between 30 to 60 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Less than 30 days before the tour start date or no-shows: No refund will be provided.
Weather and Safety:
Your safety is our priority. In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the safety of the activity or tour, Kashwave Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. If such circumstances occur, participants will receive:

A full refund or
The option to reschedule the tour to a later date, depending on availability.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method.

Timeframe: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and to reflect in your account.
Modifications or Rescheduling:
We may accommodate requests for modifications or rescheduling based on availability and at our discretion. Requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before the tour start date.

No Show Policy:
Participants who fail to arrive at the designated time and location will be considered no-shows. No refund will be provided in case of a no-show.

Additional Terms:
Kashwave Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including ensuring timely arrival at the designated location.
Adherence to the safety guidelines provided by our guides is mandatory.
